- Royal Decree 240/2007, of February 16, on the entry, free movement, and residence in Spain of citizens of the Member States of the European Union and other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
- Order PRE/1490/2012, of July 9, issuing rules for the application of Article 7 of Royal Decree 240/2004, of February 16, on the entry, free movement, and residence in Spain of citizens of the Member States of the European Union and other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
