The Ministry of Justice, from its platform in the Electronic Headquarters, enables the applicants of the Nationality by Residence to access the information of their Nationality file, when their application has a file number indicated, starting with letter R, we inform you in abogados extranjer\u00eda PFBERNAL<\/strong><\/a>in a few steps:<\/p>\n

The first thing to do is to enter the Electronic Headquarters, Ministry of Justice, within this page select “Telematic Consultation of Spanish Nationality by Residence”.<\/b><\/a>“It does not lead to the form in question, which begins by asking for the application data, which are:<\/p>\n

  1. NIE number, orange rectangle appears, enter the NIE in capital letters, without dashes.<\/li>\n

    STATUS OF THE SPANISH NATIONALITY APPLICATION PROCESS<\/b><\/p>\n

    In PFBERNAL Immigration Lawyers, we inform that from the application of the Ministry of Justice, already mentioned, when accessing the information, you can be in the following states by changing phases, from “REGISTERED” to FINAL “GRANTED”, these phases are,<\/p>\n

    – Open Registered<\/b>, it is registered, but has not yet been admitted for processing, possibility of Request for documentation, it should be noted that it is possible that it will be passed.<\/p>\n

    –Pending request for reports<\/b>“, reports are being requested by the officer, on National Police, police records, CNI, Aliens on time of legal residence, Central Register of Convicts and Rebels (Criminal Records).<\/p>\n

    –In Qualification<\/b>“, in this state the official is deliberating after receiving the reports, GRANT THE NATIONALITY, NOTIFY THE GRANT OF NATIONALITY, lately by citizen folder, Telematic notification, or DENY THE NATIONALITY.<\/p>\n

    – “Granted<\/b>. Pending Notification Practice”, “It has not been possible to notify by mail, notification has been made through the Citizen Folder”. This is the electronic notification. <\/p>\n

    What happens when suddenly from “GRANTED” status, it goes back and is delayed to in “QUALIFICATION”, is due to the incidence of lack of signature of the General Director, having to return to this status by the System.<\/p>\n
